About Beyond Bars Project
Our Mission
The Beyond Bars Project has been developed by the Professional Bail Agents of the United States President David Stuckman and the nonprofit One Brother One Sister Program co-founders Karyn Hurley and Scott Jones. In addiction, Treatment liaison Joe Kelley combines his treatment knowledge with his First responder experience as a police officer into the development of this new program. This unique project seeks to give those on bail access to treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues. and we are here to help.
